- I have a question about the winsock call: WSAAsyncSelect().
-
- I am wondering if this is supposed to simply perform the requested
- notification asynchronously or if it is supposed to set a socket to be
- non-blocking or both.
-
- The spec says it will tell when the requested events occur. It
- also says in another section that both ioctlsocket and WSAAsynSelect will
- change a socket to/from non-blocking mode.
-
- What exactly is this supposed to do?

- The qvt program has an RCP server. (Hmmmm it's the side that listens for a
- request, so it must be the server....) It can be accessed from a unix machine
- without any trouble. The qvt package I'm using is qvtws397.zip.
-
- Works well so far.
